Whole grain wheat flour 60%, wheat flour, sunflower oil, dry rye sourdough 3%, glucose-fructose syrup, rye flour, yeast, wheat bran, wheat semolina, barley malt flour, rice flour, wheat malt flour, salt, barley malt extract, wheat gluten, antioxidant (extracts of rosemary). The product may contain sesame seeds, soya, lupin and mustard.
