Fresh Irish Angus Lean Beef Steak Mince - Typically 5% Fat COOKING INSTRUCTIONS Cooking times will vary with appliances, the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging. 7-9 mins. PAN FRY: Preheat 5ml of oil in a pan over a MEDIUM heat. Add mince, season and brown for time indicated until all juices run clear. Use as per your favourite recipe. ENSURE PRODUCT IS PIPING HOT THROUGHOUT. DO NOT REHEAT. STORAGE KEEP REFRIGERATED 0°C to +4°C. Consume within 24 hours of opening and weight, see front of pack. Suitable and by 'use by' date. For 'use by' date for home freezing. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours.
