whole grain oatmeal, whole grain wheat flakes, whole grain rye flakes, sultanas 15%, hazelnut kernels 3%, shredded coconut, flaxseed, cornflakes 2.5% (corn, sugar, table salt, barley malt extract), almonds 2%, crushed peanut kernels 2%, sunflower seeds, sunflower oil, wheat flour, may contain traces of milk, soy and other nuts,
