32% wheat flour, water, sourdough (9% rye flour, water), 6.5% whole grain rye flour, 4% flax seeds, 4% barley flakes, 3% sunflower seeds, 2.5% rye flour, yeast, salt, 0.8% oatmeal, caramel sugar syrup, barley malt extract, wheat protein, invert sugar, barley malt flour, acidity regulator: sodium acetates; preservative: sorbic acid; natural aroma, ethyl alcohol. Alcohol content 1.5%. THE FOOD IS NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN. May contain traces of soy, lupine, mustard and sesame.
