baking mix (wheat gluten, soya meal, brown and yellow flax, sunflower seeds, wheat bran, whole wheat flour, soya flour, apple fibre, salt, roasted malted barley flour, sesame), drinking water, sesame, baker's yeast, psyllium fibre, preservative: sorbic acid. May contain traces of milk, lupins, eggs, peanuts and nuts.
