INGREDIENTS: saithe fillet**** (Pollachius virens) 66%, wheat flour* wheat starch, water, yeast*, sea salt, pepper* from organic agriculture, ****=saithe (coalfish) caught in the Northeast Atlantic (FAO 27/Va), fishing gear: hooks and lines. From sustainable and responsible fisheries according to the Icelandic Fisheries Management (www.fisheries.is). 27% of the ingredients of agricultural origin are organic. PREPARATION: preheat oil in a frying pan at middle temperature, place froze fish-fingers into pan and fry for about 6-7 minutes turning regularly until golden brown. In the deep fryer: preheat fat to 170 °C. Place frozen fish - fingers into frying basket and fry until crisp.
