Water, speculoos biscuit 18% (wheat flour, sugar, butter, candy sugar syrup (sugar, invert sugar syrup), invert sugar syrup, raising agents: diphosphates and sodium carbonates, salt, cinnamon), sugar, mascarpone 6.3% (cream, acidity regulator: lactic acid), milk proteins, skimmed milk powder, coconut oil, stabiliser: sorbitols, egg yolk, marsala wine 1.3%, alcohol, cocoa powder 0.5%, dextrose, soluble coffee 0.4%, thickeners: sodium alginate - xanthan gum - locust bean gum, emulsifiers: mono - and diglycerides of fatty acids, tapioca starch, wheat starch, natural flavourings, cocoa butter. Alcohol content: 1.1%. May contain traces of soybeans and nuts.
