Ingredients: 85% pork from the breast, nitrite salt (table salt,preservative: sodium nitrite), stabilizers: carrageenan, United triphosphate, polyphosphate; sugars, maltodextrin, antioxidant sodium erythorbate; flavours, Spices extracts. Smoked the traditional way with beech sawdust.
