Enriched bleached flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, and folic acid), water, buttermilk, whey, sugar, dextrose, soy flour, soybean and/or canola oil, leavening (sodium bicarbonate, sodium aluminium phosphate, sodium acid pyrophosphate, monocalcium phosphate), eggs, salt, soy lecithin (an emulsifier).
