Whole wheat flour, water, vegetable shortening (interesterified soybean oil and/or palm oil), baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch, mono-calcium phosphate), sugar, salt, vital wheat gluten, distilled monoglycerides, potassium sorbate and calcium propionate (to preserve freshness), fumaric acid, cellulose gum, enzymes, dough conditioner (sodium metabisulfite).
