Enriched bleached wheat flour (flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, vegetable shortening (interesterified soybean oil and/or palm oil), baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), salt, sugar, distilled monoglycerides, glycerin, vital wheat gluten, potassium sorbate and calcium propionate (to preserve freshness), fumaric acid, cellulose gum, enzyme, dough conditioner (sodium metabisulfite).
