Wheat flour water, vegetable shortening (interesterified and hydrogenated soybean oils), contains 2% or less of: salt, sugar, baking soda, sodium acid pyrophosphate, distilled monoglycerides, guar gum, fumaric acid, cellulose gum, wheat starch, calcium propionate (preservative), sorbic acid (to maintain freshness).
