Bleached wheat flour, whole wheat flour, water, grain and seed blend (sunflower seeds, corn meal, whole wheat flour, sesame seeds, triticale, oatmeal, rye meal, barley flakes, millet, buckwheat flour, rice flour, flax seed), contains 2% or less of the following: potato flour, dry whole milk, butter, honey, molasses, sugar, vital wheat gluten, yeast, salt, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, folic acid, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, baking powder, yeast nutrients (calcium sulfate, ammonium chloride), enzymes, cornstarch, white corn meal, farina, sodium propionate and propionic acid added to retain freshness, sulfites.
