Made from: unbromated unbleached enriched wheat flour (flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate [vitamin b1], riboflavin [vitamin b2], folic acid), water, whole wheat flour, honey, cracked wheat, wheat gluten, rolled oats, malt syrup, flaxseed, wheat bran, wheat germ, contains 2 percent or less of: malted barley flour, sugar, salt, rice flour, yeast, sesame seed meal.
